​I’m Vanity, and this is Doughfriendly - my little corner (and hopefully your) corner of the internet where we're going to master baking together.

 

If you're here, chances are you are like me: you love the smell of freshly baked everything, but have no clue yet about anything about baking. Because let's be real: sometimes baking is a battle. Sometimes the dough proofs beautifully, and sometimes it just sits there, judging you.

Doughfriendly is the learning zone for the real-life baker-the one with flour on their nose and a tiny bit of panic in their eyes. Here we will dive into basics recipes, I'll happily fumble first, and you get to learn right alongside me.

Because the only rules here are: be curious, be proud of your dough-lump (whatever it looks like), and most importantly, have fun with the process. My mission? To prove that we can all become a little more dough-friendly.
